The $6,000 rung is not “more of the same.” It is the only self-serve tier that issues when you cross the line instead of after day 31.
Lower tiers live on TikTok ads coupon. This page is only the top rung: math, timing, and the $5,900 trap.

The one row that matters
| Cash consumed in 30 days from registration | Credit | Total media | Lands |
|---|---|---|---|
| $6,000 | $6,000 | $12,000 | When you cross $6,000, typically 1–3 business days |
Official Help: advertisers who reach the highest tier receive the reward within 1–3 business days. Other ladder rewards issue the day after the earning window closes.
Tax does not count. Existing promo credit does not count. Credit you hope to receive does not count toward $6,000.
Effective cost if you spend both halves: $0.50 per dollar of media, before CPM variance and before expiry.
Why $5,900 fails
Highest tier only. No proration.
| Consumed cash | Credit you get | Total media | When |
|---|---|---|---|
| $5,900 | $4,000 | $9,900 | Day 31 |
| $6,000 | $6,000 | $12,000 | On crossing |
The extra $100 cash buys $2,100 more media if you actually cross. Stopping at $5,900 is the expensive outcome.
Delivery pauses when the next bid cannot clear a near-empty balance. That pause is how operators finish at $5,870. Load $6,500–$6,800 if this is the tier you want. Cap campaigns so you do not overshoot into cash you did not plan to spend after the match.
When the $6,000 tier is the right call
Yes if:
- Creatives already have a read at $500–$1,000. You are not discovering product-market fit with $6,000.
- You can spend the returned $6,000 before the expiry on the Promotions card.
- Pixel and Events API are clean.
- You can live with $50/day campaign minimums long enough to consume $6,000 cash inside 30 days of registration.
No if you signed up last week and still do not have five videos. The clock already started. Take the $1,000 or $4,000 tier instead.
Eligibility first: who qualifies.
Runway plan
Day 0. Account from the partner page. Confirm Earning tab. Screenshot it.
Days 1–7. $500–$1,000 test. Kill dead hooks. Do not scale garbage to “stay on pace.”
Days 8–20. Scale only winners. Watch consumed cash, not amount loaded. Tax sits on the invoice and does not climb the ladder.
Days 21–28. If consumed cash is $4,000–$5,200 and winners are holding CPA, push through $6,000. If CPA is broken, stop at $4,000 and take that credit on day 31. Forcing $6,000 into a dead hook doubles the waste.
The day you cross $6,000. Promotions should move from Earning to Available within 1–3 business days. Credit spends before cash. When unused hits $0 the card is charged with no email. Pause yourself.
If Promotions never showed this rung on day 0, spending $6,000 will not invent it. Credit not showing.
What the $6,000 credit is not
- Not cash
- Not coins
- Not a credit line
- Not the CSP / agency $10,000 track
- Not the Shop Product Sales incentive
- Attaches on the partner page at signup
- Not “free $6,000”
Vietnam operators describe the same rung as ~158 million VND. Same rules. Countries.
30-day runway (operators actually use this)
Assume registration on day 0 and a $50/day campaign floor.
| Day | Cash out | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| 0 | $0 | Partner-link signup. Confirm Promotions. Do not add a card yet. |
| 1 | $50–$150 | One campaign, 3–5 ads. Kill anything with 0 holds after 24 hours. |
| 3 | ~$200 | First rung is reachable. Do not stop here if you want the $6,000 card. |
| 7 | ~$1,000 | Enough to see CPA. If CPA is garbage, stop. Do not “force” $6,000. |
| 14 | ~$3,000 | Scale only winners. Add ad groups, not new objectives. |
| 21 | ~$4,500 | You are past $4,000. The $6,000 line is still $1,500 away — tax extra. |
| 26–28 | $6,000 consumed | Leave 2–4 days of buffer. Crossing on day 30 is how people miss. |
If creatives are not ready, do not open the account. The clock does not wait for your editor.
US tax on a $6,000 spend is not $0. Budget $6,600–$7,200 cash if your invoice includes tax, then confirm consumed spend in Billing, not in the campaign table. Pricing · How to claim.
